Brian Cherry, DMD

Dr. Cherry is from Greenville, SC, and attended the College of Charleston where he received his Bachelors of Science in Biochemistry and Biology. He went on to receive his Doctorate of Dental Medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina in 2003. He then began his residency training at Boston University Medical Center and earned a certificate in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 2007. His training has allowed him to practice a full scope of oral and maxillofacial procedures.

He is actively pursuing board certification by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and he holds privileges with Palmetto Richland and Palmetto Baptist hospitals. He is a member of the Greater Columbia Dental Society, South Carolina Dental Association, American Dental Association, America Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and International Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He is also a member and leader in the South Carolina Academy of Advanced Implant Studies.

His hobbies include entertaining family and friends, golf, and soccer. Dr. Cherry and his wife, Dr. Lisa Cherry, a pediatric dentist practicing in the northeast area, currently reside in Blythewood, SC.
